The following definitions and conditions govern the use of consulting services provided by Blazingpear. By engaging with our materials or proposals, you accept these terms as binding.
All recommendations, frameworks, and deliverables are offered as strategic counsel and do not constitute legal, financial, or technical implementation advice. Blazingpear acts as an advisor; final decisions and execution remain the sole responsibility of the client.
Any proprietary methodologies, tools, or templates shared during engagements remain the intellectual property of Blazingpear. Client-specific data and business context are treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without explicit written consent.
Blazingpear shall not be held liable for outcomes resulting from the partial or non-implementation of its recommendations. Market conditions, competitive actions, and internal execution capacity are beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement.
Any changes to the agreed scope must be documented in writing. Either party may terminate an engagement with 14 days’ written notice. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Blazingpear operates. Any disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation before seeking formal resolution.
