Blazingpear provides strategic consultancy services including product development guidance, market positioning, user experience refinement, and scalable solution architecture. All services are delivered based on mutually agreed scope documents and may be modified only by written agreement.
Clients agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and reasonable access to relevant stakeholders. Failure to meet these obligations may delay delivery timelines. Clients are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of any proprietary materials shared during engagement.
All deliverables created specifically for a client engagement become the client's property upon full payment. Blazingpear retains the right to use general methodologies, frameworks, and non-confidential insights in future work. Neither party may use the other's trademarks without prior written consent.
Blazingpear's liability for any claim arising from services is limited to the total fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business interruption. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory asserted.
Either party may terminate an engagement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, client pays for services rendered up to the effective date. Blazingpear will deliver all completed work products. Sections on intellectual property, liability, and confidentiality survive termination.
We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website. Continued use of services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Blazingpear is registered. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with standard commercial rules.
